- We check it, then print it. A person on our team checks every AI design before printing. Then we print it. Order by 8 AM Central on a business day and it ships the same day.
Questions
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in with your email, and we send you a one-time code (no password). The first time you use the AI designer, we ask for a US mobile number. You don't need an account to upload your own artwork or add text in the designer.
Why do you need my phone number?
We use it to keep the daily limit fair and prevent abuse, and to reach you about your design or order if we need to. It's saved to your Teevero account. We don't use it for marketing.
Will you text me?
No. We don't send marketing text messages.
What can't I make?
Logos, brand names, sports teams, characters, celebrities and other people's artwork. Nothing hateful, sexual or illegal. The AI designer blocks most of these. See our content policy for the full list.
Who owns my design?
We don't claim ownership of designs you make. But designs made only by AI generally can't be protected by copyright, and someone else could get a similar design. Read more in our AI designer terms.
Does a real person check my design?
Yes. Every order with an AI design gets a human check before we print it. If there's a problem, we'll contact you. If we can't print it, we'll refund you in full.
How many designs can I make each day?
Up to 10 runs per account, per day. Each run gives you several design options. The count resets every day at midnight Central Time. We may change the limit.
The text in my design is spelled wrong. What do I do?
AI sometimes gets words wrong. Try again with a new description, or add your text with the text tool in the designer instead. Always check every detail before you order. We print the design you approve.
Can I upload my own art instead?
Yes. The designer lets you upload an image or type text. You can mix both.
How long until my order ships?
Order by 8 AM Central on a business day and it ships, or is ready for pickup, the same day, and the human check is part of that time. Orders after 8 AM Central, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you pick at checkout. You can also pick up in Dallas.
