Privacy policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what personal data VHQ Texas LLC ("Teevero", "we", "us") collects, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to teevero.com, our designer and AI designer, local pickup in Dallas, our emails, and any other way you deal with us that links to this policy (together, the "Service").

The short version

  • We collect what we need to make and deliver your order, run your account and the AI designer, and talk with you.
  • We do not store your full card number. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment processors.
  • Marketing emails are optional, and you can stop them at any time. We don't send marketing text messages without your express consent.
  • We and our advertising partners (such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest) may use cookies, pixels and similar tools to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who may be interested, including people who visited our site. Some state laws call this "targeted advertising", or a "sale" or "share" of personal data. You can opt out at any time with "Your privacy choices" or a Global Privacy Control signal.
  • We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
  • You can ask to see, correct, delete, or get a copy of your data, wherever you live in the US. Email teeverocom@gmail.com.

Personal data we collect

Data you give us

  • Contact and order details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order numbers, what you ordered, and your order history.
  • Account details: if you create a Teevero account (required for the AI designer), your email address, sign-in details, saved designs, and the mobile phone number you give us before you first use the AI designer.
  • Payment details: entered at checkout and processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We see limited details, such as card type and the last four digits, but not your full card number.
  • Your designs and inputs: images you upload, text you type, AI designer prompts (what you describe), the designs generated for you, and related details such as when they were created.
  • Messages: what you send us by email or contact form, including photos you send about an order.
  • Pickup details: your name and order number when you collect an order in person.
  • Marketing choices: whether you signed up for marketing emails, when and how you did, and whether you opted out.
  • Other data you choose to give us, which we use as described in this policy or as explained when you give it.

Data collected automatically

When you use our site, we and our service providers (mainly Shopify) automatically collect device and usage data:

  • Device data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language settings, and general location (such as city or state) based on your IP address.
  • Activity data: pages you view, items you add to your cart, the site that referred you, how you move around our site, and when and how long you visit.
  • Email interaction data: whether you open our emails or click links in them, where our email tools measure this.
  • Advertising data: advertising identifiers and cookie IDs, and information about how you interact with our ads.

We collect this with cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies and analytics" below. We do not collect precise location data.

Data from others

  • Shopify runs our store, checkout and customer accounts, and gives us your account, order and payment status.
  • Payment processors tell us whether a payment succeeded and flag possible fraud.
  • Shipping carriers give us tracking and delivery updates.
  • Business transfers: if we buy or merge with another business, we may receive personal data from it.

We may combine this with data you give us.

Sensitive data

We don't intentionally collect sensitive data (such as precise geolocation, health, religion or government ID). If a design or prompt you submit contains it, we use it only to make your order. Please don't include sensitive data in your messages.

If you don't give us data

Some data is required. For example, we need your name and address to ship an order, and a mobile number before you can use the AI designer. If you don't give it, we may not be able to provide that part of the Service.

How we use personal data

To provide the Service:

  • To make, print, ship and deliver your order, or have it ready for pickup.
  • To run your account and the AI designer, including sending your prompts to our image-generation providers, enforcing the daily generation limit, and keeping your saved designs.
  • To contact you about your order, including delays, questions about your design, and pickup.
  • To provide customer support and handle reprints and refunds.
  • To remember your cart and preferences as you move around our site.

To review content: we check designs and prompts so we don't print prohibited content. This includes automated checks and a human check of AI-designed orders before printing.

To improve our site: we use Shopify Analytics to understand how our site is used, which pages are visited most and least, and how to make it work better.

For advertising and marketing:

  • To measure and improve our ads.
  • To show our ads on other sites and apps.
  • To build audiences, including from hashed email or phone lists, and "similar audiences".
  • To send marketing emails if you signed up. You can opt out at any time.
  • To send marketing texts or calls only with your express prior consent, which is never a condition of purchase.

For compliance and protection:

  • To follow the law, respond to lawful requests and legal process, and keep required records.
  • To prevent, detect and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and illegal activity.
  • To enforce our terms and protect our rights, and the rights, safety and property of our customers and others, including making or defending legal claims.

To create de-identified data: we may turn personal data into aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer reasonably identify you, and use it to understand and improve our business. We will not try to re-identify it, except to check that our de-identification works as the law allows.

We use your data only for these purposes, or for purposes compatible with them. If we want to use it for a new, unrelated purpose, we will ask for your consent first.

AI designer data

When you use the AI designer:

  • You must be 18 or older and signed in to your Teevero account.
  • Before your first use, you give us a US mobile number. We save it on your Shopify customer account. We use it to limit abuse and to reach you about your design or order if needed. We don't use it for marketing.
  • Your prompt is checked by our moderation system and sent to our image-generation providers, Kie.ai (primary) and fal.ai (backup), to create design options.
  • These providers act as our service providers. They process your prompt and the generated images to provide the service to us, under their own terms.
  • We do not use your prompts or designs to train AI models.
  • You can run "Create designs" up to 10 times per account per day (Central Time). This limit may change.
  • We keep your prompts and generated designs while your account is open, so you can find and reorder them. We delete them when you ask us to or when you close your account. Designs that are part of an order are kept with the order record.
  • Please don't put personal information about yourself or anyone else into a prompt.

More details are in our AI designer terms.

Text messages

We don't send marketing text messages without your express consent. Giving us your phone number does not sign you up for any marketing. We may use it to contact you about your order or design if needed. If we offer text messages in the future, we'll ask for your express consent first and tell you how to stop them (reply STOP).

Marketing emails

If you sign up, we send marketing emails using Shopify Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests promptly, within 10 business days at most. You will still get emails about your orders, such as confirmations and shipping updates.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Necessary: keep your cart, sign-in and checkout working.
  • Preferences: remember your choices and settings.
  • Analytics: understand how our site is used, with Shopify Analytics. We may add tools such as Google Analytics, or session-replay tools that record clicks and scrolls (with payment fields masked).
  • Advertising: our advertising partners, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft, Snap or similar companies, use pixels, cookies and similar tools on our site to measure our ads and show our ads to people who may be interested. We may also use server-side tools, such as Meta's Conversions API, that send event data (for example, a purchase) and hashed contact details to these partners.

Each partner uses data under its own privacy policy, for example Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest. Where our cookie banner is shown, non-necessary tools run according to your choices.

You can control cookies in your browser settings and in our cookie banner, where shown. Blocking necessary cookies may stop the cart, sign-in or checkout from working. Most browsers also let you block images from loading, which stops email open tracking.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale of your personal data and of targeted advertising for that browser.

Do Not Track: some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for them, so we don't respond to them. We do honor GPC, as described above.

How we share personal data

We share personal data only as described here:

  • Service providers that help us run our business. They process data for us under their contracts or terms of service. Categories: e-commerce platform, checkout and customer accounts (Shopify), payment processors, AI image-generation providers (Kie.ai and fal.ai), email (Shopify Email and Shopify notifications), analytics providers (such as Shopify Analytics), cloud storage and hosting for designs, review and customer-feedback providers, customer support tools, and SMS providers (only if you consent to texts).
  • Advertising and marketing partners, such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, to measure and show our ads, as described in "Cookies and analytics" and below.
  • Shipping carriers to deliver your order (name, address, phone and package details).
  • Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, when they provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety: law enforcement, government authorities and others, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe in good faith it is needed for the compliance and protection purposes above, including responding to intellectual property complaints.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a sale, merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy or similar transaction, personal data may be shared with the other parties and their advisors, and may transfer to a new owner, who must honor this policy.
  • People you direct us to: when you ask us to share data, or agree to it.

Categories of personal data we share with third parties: contact details, order details, account details, device and usage data, and your designs and prompts, each only as needed for the purpose above.

If you use Shop Pay or the Shop app, Shopify also handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Targeted advertising, sale and sharing, and your choices

We don't sell personal data for money. When our advertising partners collect data on our site through pixels and similar tools, or when we share hashed contact details to build ad audiences, some state laws may treat this as "targeted advertising" or a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data.

You can opt out at any time:

  • Use the "Your privacy choices" link at the bottom of our site.
  • Use our cookie banner, where shown.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
  • Email teeverocom@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request".
  • Use our data sharing opt-out page.

We honor opt-outs within 15 business days for data we hold. We do not use personal data for profiling that leads to legal or similarly significant decisions about you. We do not knowingly sell personal data of, or use it for targeted advertising to, anyone under 16.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the AI designer. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us at teeverocom@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. We honor the following requests from all US residents:

  • Access: confirm whether we process your personal data, and get access to it.
  • Information: learn the categories of personal data we collect, where it comes from, why we use it, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
  • Correction: fix inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion: delete personal data you gave us or that we have about you.
  • Portability: get a copy of personal data you gave us in a portable, readable format.
  • Opt out: of targeted advertising, any sale or sharing of personal data, and profiling that leads to legal or similarly significant decisions.
  • Appeal: ask us to reconsider if we decline your request.

If you have an account, you can also view and update some account details by signing in. These rights have some legal limits. For example, we may keep order records we must keep for tax purposes.

We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. That means no different prices or service.

How to make a request

Use any of these methods:

  1. Email teeverocom@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request".
  2. Call (945) 248-1568 (Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM, Central Time).
  3. Mail VHQ Texas LLC, Attn: Privacy Requests, 10827 Alder Cir, Dallas, TX 75238.

You don't need an account to make a request. If you have one, we may ask you to sign in. We may need to verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details that match our records, such as your email address and an order number. We won't ask for a government ID unless the law requires it. You may use an authorized agent. We may ask for proof that they are allowed to act for you, such as a signed permission or power of attorney, and ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.

We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days, and we may take up to 45 more days. Requests are free up to twice a year.

How to appeal

If we decline your request, we will explain why. You can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing teeverocom@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy appeal". We will answer your appeal in writing within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint, or your own state's attorney general.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention needs. We consider how sensitive the data is, the risk if it were misused, and whether we still need it.

  • Orders and transactions: up to 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Account data: while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify account data unless we need to keep it for the reasons above.
  • AI prompts and generated designs: while your account is open, or until you ask us to delete them. Designs that are part of an order are kept with the order record.
  • Marketing consent and opt-out records: as long as needed to prove consent and honor opt-outs.

When we no longer need personal data, we delete it or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Where we operate

We are based in Texas and operate in the United States. Our site is intended for people in the United States, and we ship only within the US. Some of our service providers may process data outside the United States, where privacy laws may be less protective than where you live.

Other sites and services

Our site links to other sites and services, such as Shopify, Shop Pay and shipping carriers' tracking pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Please read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post changes here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we'll notify you as the law requires, for example by email or a notice on the site. Changes apply from the effective date shown.
