We print what our customers design. This policy explains what we won't print, how we review designs, and how to tell us if a design uses your work without permission. It applies to uploads, typed text, AI designer prompts and generated designs. It is part of our terms of service.

What we won't print

Please don't submit, and we won't print, content that:

Infringes copyright. For example, artwork, photos, characters, lyrics or other material you didn't create and don't have permission to use.
Uses trademarks without permission. For example, brand names and logos, sports team names and logos, school or league marks, or designs made to look like official merchandise.
Uses a real person's name, image or likeness without permission, including celebrities and public figures, in a way that suggests endorsement or that the law doesn't allow.
Sexualizes minors in any way. This is absolutely prohibited. We report it to the authorities.
Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
Promotes hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or another protected trait.
Harasses, threatens or bullies a specific person, or shares someone's private information.
Promotes or helps with illegal activity, or threatens violence or terrorism.
Is false and harmful about a real person (defamation), or is designed to deceive or impersonate.

This list isn't complete. We may refuse content that we reasonably believe could cause harm or legal risk.

How we review

AI designer: prompts and generated images are checked automatically. The checks are designed to block trademarks, team logos, characters and celebrities, and other content listed above. Every order with an AI design also gets a human check before we print it.
Uploads and typed text: we may review any order before printing.
If we find a problem: we may contact you, ask you to change the design, or refuse or cancel the order. If we cancel, we refund you in full for the canceled items.

Our review doesn't guarantee that a design is free of other people's rights. You are responsible for having the rights to what you submit.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of, and stop accepting orders from, people who repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property, when appropriate.

Copyright complaints (DMCA notices)

If you believe content on our site, or a product we've made, infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed. If there are several works, a representative list.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to find it (for example, a link, design ID or order details).
Your contact information: name, address, phone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the copyright.

Only copyright notices go to this address. For other questions, please use our contact page.

When we receive a valid notice, we will act quickly to remove or disable access to the material, stop printing it, and let the customer who submitted it know.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to our designated agent. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where we can be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice, or their agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notice, we will send a copy to the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless that person tells us they have filed a court action to stop the infringement.

Don't make false claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material false statement that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you're not sure your rights are infringed, consider talking to a lawyer first.

Trademark, likeness and other complaints

For complaints that aren't about copyright, such as trademarks, rights of publicity, or privacy, email teeverocom@gmail.com with the subject "Rights complaint". Include:

Your name and contact information, and your relationship to the rights owner.
The right you're asserting (for example, the trademark and its registration number, if any).
The design or product you're concerned about, with enough detail for us to find it.
A brief explanation of why it infringes.

We'll review it and respond. We may remove the content, stop printing it, or cancel related orders.
